Our Panettone has a double leavening for 48 hours, is made only with live mother yeast and is filled with 5 Crowns Australian Sultana Raisins and inside there are the black dots of the Bourbon vanilla from Tahiti. The structure is extremely soft, the taste elegant but decisive. It is a very rich panettone but extremely digestible thanks to the long leavening and the use of excellent raw materials. It has no preservatives, semi-finished products, flavors, vegetable fats. It is 100% handmade and therefore made entirely by hand, with passion, as tradition has it since 1882.
