Panettone with white chocolate and berries has a double leavening for 48 hours, is made only with live mother yeast and is filled with 35% Ivoire chocolate and semi-candied wild berries by us.
The structure is extremely soft, the taste perfectly matches the needs of the sweet tooth. It is a very rich panettone but extremely digestible thanks to the long leavening and the use of excellent raw materials. It has no preservatives, semi-finished products, flavors, vegetable fats. It is 100% handcrafted and therefore made entirely by hand, with passion, since 1882.
