Alce Nero type "0" organic soft wheat flour is produced using only organic wheat grown in Emilia Romagna of which the grain is ground, deprived only of the external parts. It is recommended for making bread, pizzas, focaccia and wraps.
Type "0" soft wheat flour is obtained by grinding the previously decorticated grain, thus obtaining a flour low in bran, which is further sieved to obtain a white powder.
