The olives are harvested manually and with the help of mechanical facilitators, to minimize the damage that the fruits can suffer. After harvesting, they are delivered to the mill, where the production process begins, intended as the transformation of the olives into oil, using the cold extraction technique. We have always worked to be able to guarantee and tell you about the characteristics, the origin, the cultivation and processing methods of our organic products.
